Jacqueline S. Guinn FNP-C, MEP-C
Jacqueline S. Guinn is an American Association of Nurse Practitioners Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of diverse experience in healthcare. Her professional background spans from family medicine, urgent care and emergency medicine to neonatal intensive care, flight nursing, aesthetics, hospice, film industry medicine and supervising medical director roles. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, American Nurses Association, and New Mexico Nurse Practitioner Council. She volunteers with the Make a Wish Foundation and Taos County Sheriff's Posse.
She is passionate about offering healthcare and wellness modules with a network approach (multi-faceted yet overall connected) to address conditions and concerns that are commonly overlooked in the traditional healthcare model. Her current focuses include women's health, hormone balance, healthy weight management, mental health, cancer genetic predisposition, and integration of Western and Eastern medicine to promote a well-rounded holistic state of health.
She is a mother of three. She was born and raised in Northern New Mexico, the daughter of a rancher, and the small-town ranch life is still very much a part of her. She is a lover of animals, especially horses, and owns several. She is a strong advocate for the empowerment of women, and co-founding Defy Collective is an accomplishment that she takes great pride in.
Amy Nadine Clement RN, MEP-C
Amy Nadine is a Registered Nurse and Board Certified Medical Esthetics Professional (aka aesthetics expert) with a passion for helping people look and feel their best. With over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, including working as a celebrity makeup artist in Los Angeles, Amy Nadine has a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of facial anatomy.
Amy Nadine's approach to aesthetics is all about enhancing natural beauty through subtle and undetectable adjustments. She specializes in using fillers, neurotoxins and lasers to achieve a refreshed and more balanced appearance without looking "overdone." Her goal is to help her clients feel confident and rejuvenated, like themselves ten years ago.
Amy Nadine's expertise and artistry have earned her a loyal following of over 30,000 on social media, where she is passionate about sharing her knowledge and educating her followers on the latest advancements in aesthetic treatments.
When she's not transforming faces, you can find Amy Nadine jetting off to Los Angeles to work her magic on her celebrity clients for red-carpet events and advertising campaigns (check out her work here!).
Fun fact: Amy Nadine has even had her own limited-edition cosmetics sold at Costco! And she did all the makeup in the photos here on our website!

Impryss Barrett is a New Mexico native and Licensed Esthetician with over seven years of experience in the beauty and skincare industry. She graduated from The Aveda Institute, where her love for skincare and helping others truly began.
Shortly after receiving her Esthetician License, her passion and drive pushed her to be an entrepreneur and solo esthetician.
Impryss specializes in full-body waxing, facials, and customized skincare treatments designed to enhance your natural beauty and promote healthy, radiant skin. Her approach blends professional care with a calm, friendly atmosphere — creating a safe, relaxing space where every client feels confident and cared for.

Chanda is a Master Esthetician with 20 years of experience across 3 states.
Chanda spent her early career in a high-end day spa, developing her technique, touch, and client experience. She transitioned into a skin clinic focused on acne and complex skin concerns, where she developed her precision extraction techniques and corrective modalities.
Today, Chanda specializes in deep pore cleansing, advanced skincare techniques, and long-term corrective treatment plans. She is known for her meticulous extraction work and a calm, clinical approach that prioritizes clarity, precision, and real results.
Now happily settled in New Mexico, Chanda is grateful to call this home and to bring her expertise to Defy Collective, offering detailed, results-focused care within a collaborative environment.
